By accessing and using the Hytne platform and website (hytne.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you should not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Hytne provides a talent operating system platform designed for building and scaling AI training capability. Our services include connecting organizations with domain specialists, ML contributors, and data experts for AI post-training projects, as well as providing pipeline infrastructure for reinforcement learning and domain-specific workflows.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer or device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hytne. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hytne.

5. User Content

By submitting content to our platform, you grant Hytne a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the service. You retain all rights to your content, subject to this license. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity

• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hytne, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
